Privacy Policy

Farina's House of Flowers respects and protects the privacy of our customers. Your private information i.e., email address, billing and shipping addresses will remain confidential and will not be given or resold to anyone. Private information is only used to process your order.

If you feel uneasy about placing your order over the internet, you are always welcome to place your order by calling our office, 732.928.0176 or our retail store in Wemrock Orchards, 732.431.2668. Ask for Debbie.

Secure Online Ordering

We have secure online ordering through ProStores®. We take your privacy seriously. When you go to your shopping cart you will switch to a secure mode using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is the industry standard and amoung the best available for secure e-commerce transactions. You will notice in your browser's address line that your protocol will change from http to https when you add a product to your shopping cart and check out your order. This is a secure mode for safe shopping.

After you check out your order you will receive a confirmation receipt via email with the total amount of your order and shipping costs. A URL will be provided in your confirmation where you can see the status of your order at any time. When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the same email address.

Order securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Payment

We accept PayPal®, money orders or cashier's check. Online payment is guaranteed 100% secure with PayPal®. Personal checks are accepted. There will be a $25.00 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds. Please note that we do not ship items until payment has been received.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped by the U.S. Post Office or UPS®. Most orders will ship within 72 hours from when the order is received if payment is made via PayPal. All other orders will ship within 7 business days after payment has been received or the customer will be notified by email. If paying by personal check there may be an additional delay until the check has been cleared by the bank.
Important Note:
UPS will not deliver packages to P.O. boxes.

USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail is available for an extra fee. If the product ordered fits in a USPS flat rate box and the shipping cost we charged you is more, the difference will be refunded.

Please Note: Our shipping charges are determined by weight. The actual size of the product and the distance the product will travel affects the actual shipping charge. We will determine the most cost affective shipping method (either UPS or US Priority Mail) and use that carrier. If the shipping cost we charged you is more, we will refund the difference.

If we receive an incorrect address and the product is returned, the customer is responsible to pay the additional cost to re-ship the product. If a product is returned and we are charged an additional charge by UPS to correct the address, a $5.00 charge is billed to the customer before the product is re-shipped.

Orders/Cancellations

When a customer places an order it is processed. Please be sure you want the product(s) before placing the order. If paying via PayPal, there will be a 10% return fee if order is placed then later canceled.

Returns

All products that are shipped are inspected to insure that they are in mint condition. All porcelain dolls will have a certificate of authenticity, Duck House warranty and any accessory noted in the description. If any product does not meet your complete satisfaction, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit. Porcelain dolls and figurines must be re-packaged in their original gift box and secured with adequate packing material to avoid shipping damages. If returned product is damaged due to inadequate packing, replacement or store credit will not be granted. We will not accept returns or make exchanges for damaged boxes.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any returned products that are not defective or damaged. The customer will be given store credit, money will not be refunded. Store credits are good for 90 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is not charged on any products outside the State of New Jersey. If you live in New Jersey, you will be charged 7% New Jersey Sales Tax. There are no exceptions.
